Alessi Domenico opens his entry in the debt market with an en pleinon a short-therm minibond.

The company Alessi Domenico S.P.A. of Bassano del Grappa (VI) issues its first "Minibond Short Term", with a value of € 500,000 and an 8-month maturity;

The issue is called "MINIBOND SHORT TERM ALESSI DOMENICO S.P.A. 4.2% - 08.05.2021 CALLABLE - SECURABLE MCC 90%" and is listed on the ExtraMot PRO3 market of the Italian Stock Exchange;
The issue is part of the F&P Merchant's "Master for Serial Issuers" programme;
The Issuer's advisor, arranger and process coordinator is "Frigiolini & Partners Merchant Srl"; the Group's Portal "Fundera" is the placement agent on the primary market;
Lead anchor investor Neafidi.
The "Minibond Short Term" is issued for a total of € 500,000 maturing on 8 May 2021 and backed by a 90% guarantee in principal and interest from the SME Guarantee Fund under the emergency framework provided for by the Liquidity Decree.
The gross annual return paid to investors is 4.20%. The usual call option is available for early redemption at the Issuer's discretion, with a simultaneous premium to the investor.
The entire issue was placed immediately after the publication of the Offer on the Fundera Portal.
